Update payment configuration for apartment

Operation ID: updatePaymentConfiguration

Sets the payment methods and payment schedule for one rate of the apartment (rateId, the default rate if omitted); configurations of other rates are kept, but pushing REFUNDABLE or NON_REFUNDABLE removes the default one. While a REFUNDABLE or NON_REFUNDABLE configuration is stored, one sent for the default rate is discarded, although the call answers 200 and echoes it. ratePaidOnBookingInPercentage plus all ratesPerDate[].rateAmountInPercentage must add up to exactly 100. Only needed if you collect payments yourself and the configuration differs from the one set for your account.
