Update the extra costs of an apartment

Operation ID: updateExtraCosts

Sets the apartment's extra costs (cleaning, deposit, taxes, optional services). The list replaces all stored extra costs: always send the complete list; an empty list removes them all. id is your own identifier, must be unique within the request and is sent back with bookings; a FIXED price needs a currency, a PERCENTAGE price must not have one.
