Get LOS rate Ids for an apartment

Operation ID: getLosRateIds

Returns the rate ids for which LOS data is stored for the apartment: DEFAULT, or REFUNDABLE and/or NON_REFUNDABLE if you push several rates. Use them as rateId in GET and DELETE /v2/los.
